Suggested topics areas are listed for your information only; please feel free to submit abstracts related to other topics relevant to the overall conference objectives. We welcome abstracts presenting original and theoretical research as well as abstracts presenting practice development and innovation projects.
Types of Presentations
The conference will feature several types of presentations: papers, posters, and workshops. The Conference Scientific Committee considers all presentations to be equal in terms of quality and status. And although, Submitting authors will be asked to state their preferred format for the presentation at the time of submission, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Conference. All presenters are required to register and pay for the conference. The presentations will be held in English.
Paper
- A short oral report on recent original work
- Total time 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for discussion)
Poster
- A short report on recent original work
- Opportunity to discuss the work with conference participants during the Poster Session
Workshop
- An in-depth, focused interactive educational presentation
- Total time one hour

Review and acceptance of abstracts
All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the conference. On the basis of these reviews, the submissions will be accepted or rejected. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review process after January 17, 2012 by e-mail. Please note that also all presenting authors must register for the conference and confirm their participation not later than March 26, 2012.
Abstracts are to be written in English and submitted electronically.
